Piecing together my life's story begins too early for me to recollect. As a child, I was diagnosed with juvenile Lupus. Most of my childhood was marked with intermittent rashes, joint aches, and bouts of fatigue. However, during my final year of college, a lingering pain I had long dismissed due to physical exertion intensified, refusing to abate.
For the subsequent three years, I delved into every possible medical approach, seeking both a diagnosis and relief. By spring 2017, a series of harrowing symptoms emerged: I had lost all my hair, my body fat had vanished, I was confined to bed, and my heart raced alarmingly at 165 bpm - this tumultuous period culminated with a diagnosis: Lupus. The ensuing years saw me braving a pregnancy and childbirth with Lupus, confronting a fresh diagnosis of Lupus Nephritis, and undergoing various trials with various medications and supplements.
By 2019, I was elated to find myself in complete remission. During the darkest times of my illness, I felt a void - there seemed to be no voices sharing stories of recovery, detailing their journey, the steps are taken, and the duration to reach remission. I vowed to break that silence if I ever got to such a stage.
And so, I'm here now, aiming to be the beacon I once desperately sought. Your presence, trust, and support mean everything. I'm devoted to assisting and guiding as many as possible on this journey. Thank you for being a part of mine.
